Avantiqo

DATA WITH BUSINESS CONTEXT

Business data should stay attached to the business it belongs to.

Avantiqo is designed around organization-scoped operating context. Public analytics, customer workspaces, connected services and generated evidence have different purposes and authority boundaries.

Data Handling

Organization data

Operational records are associated with the relevant organization and, when applicable, legal entity, period, party or business object rather than treated as one undifferentiated platform dataset.

Data Handling

Public analytics

Avantiqo's first-party website analytics are designed to minimize collection. The current implementation respects Global Privacy Control and Do Not Track, does not store raw IP addresses, and uses organization/property-scoped reporting.

Data Handling

Connected services

When an organization connects an external provider, Avantiqo uses that connection for the features the organization enables and within the provider permissions that were granted.

Data Handling

Documents and evidence

Documents, receipts, contracts, approvals and execution evidence can remain linked to the business workflow that created or consumed them instead of becoming detached files.

Data Handling

Deletion and account requests

Eligible account and connected-service deletion requests follow identity and authority verification so one person cannot delete another organization's records.

Customer-private intelligence

Private organization content is not described as automatically becoming general-purpose model-training material. Any learning or training pathway requires its own governed contract and authority.
